TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE
If you are having trouble getting the music to play, we are very, very sorry for the inconvenience. Our Level 2 Help Desk Technicians are available to help you every day, seven days per week, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Pacific Time.
Here is how to reach the Help Desk:
- Send an email to service@ambianceradio.com
- Use your Ticketing System (such as Service Channel) to send us a Work Order
- Call 888-791-1653 and press Option 1. Leave a detailed message and your call will be placed in the queue for a prompt return call. Level 2 techs return calls in the order the ticket is received
